Terms & Conditions for Companies
  1. Platform Use
    Companies must use GigSA solely to hire temporary staff for events and projects. Direct hiring, contact, or job offers made to any temporary staff outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
  2. No Circumvention
    Any attempt to bypass GigSA by dealing directly with a temporary staff member—either during or after an engagement—is a violation of this agreement and may result in suspension and legal action.
  3. Staff Protection
    All temporary staff engaged via GigSA are protected under platform policies. Companies are expected to respect boundaries and may not request personal contact information or discuss off-platform jobs
  4. Confidentiality
    Any data or personal information of temporary staff accessed via GigSA must remain confidential and may not be stored, reused, or disclosed.
  5. Compliance
    Companies must follow all platform rules including hiring through GigSA and avoiding any direct side agreements with temporary staff.
  6. Penalties For Violation
    Violating these terms will result in account termination, blacklisting from the platform, and potential legal proceedings for damages
  7. Service Confirmation & Completion Protocol
    1. Upon completion of a staff deployment, the organizer must confirm task completion through the platform via the “completion” action in the role actions
    2. GigSA will only initiate the capture and settlement of funds once the completion is confirmed by both parties.
  8. Refunds & Cancellations
    Refunds are permitted under the following conditions:
    1. Incomplete service due to proven no-show or inadequate performance by staff
    2. Refunds are not permitted once the company hires the freelancer
    3. Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method used by the organizer
